Internal Channel of Complaints
This form is a confidential, safe and exclusive means to report improper conduct, legal violations or facts that contravene the Code of Ethics and Conduct of SDivine Fátima Hotel.

The channel is available to employees, former employees, service providers, suppliers, job seekers and other people with a connection to the hotel.

Confidentiality Notice
This channel guarantees the confidentiality of the identity of the whistleblower. Filling in personal data is optional and will be used only if the complainant expressly requests to be contacted.

The information submitted will be processed exclusively by the designated controller, in accordance with Law 93/2021 (General Regime for the Prevention of Corruption) and the General Regulation on Data Protection (RGPD).
